The AA Cult

Wow, you don't see a lot of negative articles come out against AA. And this is not an indictment of the system as a whole, far from it. Clearly a bad apple case. But sometimes the lines between a helpful organization and something related to a cult status can be thin. When your dealing with a sector of people from society whose levels of self control tend to be lower than the norm at differing degrees, there is a greater chance for dangerous prey influence by certain predators. Especially when, at times, those who don't know better are taught a "no one else can understand you and we are only ones who can" attitude.
