		<description>Thanks for the link man. And I agree, if the Wizards&#039; veterans don&#039;t get motivated by all this talk about them needing a coach like Avery Johnson to keep Arenas in check because they can&#039;t do it, then I guess it&#039;ll never happen. I really hope Arenas is ready too; it&#039;s time to step up and earn that $111 million.</description>
