		<description>Butler and Arenas are both professionals and know that they need each other to succeed. Gil needs to get  his head out of his ass and start being the man. NBA stars with 100 million dollar contracts do not disappear in the 4th qtr like that. 

He is too worried about the haters and their criticism is now affecting his play on the court. 

F the bitter old sportswriter pricks like Kornheiser, who are never going to accept Agent Zero&#039;s &quot;antics&quot; when he is on top and he needs to ball up in crunch time.</description>
