Biggest thing out of this game. Gil was actively avoiding passing to Nick Young and trying to brute force his own offense. This repeated trend of Gil looking for his shot at the expense of ball movement is hurting the Wizards early this season.

Interestingly, this comes on the back of his comments about "personal agendas" earlier this week. We can only hope his is not to produce at the expense of the team by trying to look like a good investment from a basketball perspective.

Keep in mind if Lou Williams hits that shot, we are talking about all the things they did wrong...like giving up leads due to selfish play.

Well here's the first. Check out the plus minuses and tell me these guys are a better team right now with Gil on the floor.

If the plus minuses reflect what I am seeing, it's that Gil is trying to do too much. Look at Boston, LA, Orlando, Cleveland for +/-. Their best players are all at the top of their respective teams rankings.

Something's gotta change
