i think it would be prudent to move slowly in the offseason, let the market determine the value for all their free agents, don&#039;t overpay anyone to stay. if someone wants to take same money to play elsewhere. let em go.

they let the market determine his value, and put incentives in his contract. i don&#039;t understand why more teams outside of Florida don&#039;t do this. 

orlando saved millions on nick anderson because he failed to attempt 4 freethrows a game. miami has weight/conditioning incentives.</description>
