2013 NBA Summer League: The Jan Vesely Tracker

Updated: July 13, 2013

The Summer League is upon us and what better way to kick off the festivities then to have special coverage of TAI’s own personal totem, Jan Vesely. Last year in Summer League we saw Jan unveil a deadly jumper, which he appeared to leave in Vegas upon departure. Since that point it has been no stops about the poor Honza (“Dull John“) and and a series of existential quotes trickling out of his camp that in translation like a a slightly more dour Franz Kafka. However, just when you were worried the Jan was about to go full French Art House flick and start releasing images on his Instagram in only sepia tones, Jan goes and releases this:

So we come not to bury Jan Vesely in his third summer league but to celebrate his accomplishments as an innocent man existing in a cruel world. Which makes it all the more likely that he is going to drop 35 on the Warriors this afternoon.

Stay tuned for more from the Jan Vesely tracker…

A fadeaway jumper! (Yep, this happened.)

Rough & Tumble.

Jan likes to pass, his teammates just need to be ready.

But, in addition to his baseline fadeaway jumper, Jan scored a graceful dunk — not so Dull John after all!
