It wasn’t until John, a long-time N.B.A. fan, moved to D.C. from New Delhi that he took interest in the Washington Wizards; first mesmerized by Rip Hamilton’s mid-range jumper, John has since developed a strong appreciation for the team’s history and colorful characters.
