Tired of Reggie Miller? I Am Too.
| April 8, 2009 | 7:01 pm

Boo Reggie Miller - Truth About It.netI really don’t care for Reggie Miller…..the television commentator. I certainly appreciated Reggie when he took down the hated Knicks with playoff heroics, once giving ol’ Spike Lee the choke sign, telling him to shut the eff up.

But Reggie on TV is just a spiraling, gangly, screeching, whiny sac of hot mess, and he’s often wrong too (well, maybe not often, but surely much more than should be allowed for someone in his position).

Reggie is no Mark Jackson, Doug Collins, Hubie Brown, or even his sister, Cheryl Miller, who is much, much better at her job.

I’ve heard some refer to Reggie as a “turd” and a “weenie bag”…and that’s just the censored opinion of the one person audience who is the tenant of my apartment.

Washington Wizards Run-Down: LeBron Wants His Calls
| April 8, 2009 | 4:01 am

LeBron Cry Baby James wants his call and he wants it NOW - Truth About It.net Have you missed something on the Wizards in the past 10 days?

Well, you’re in luck…because below is a massive, massive list of links and the best of what was said about the Wiz. Enjoy.

The Miami Heat game was very boring, but at least we were reminded that Brendan Haywood is The Player Formerly Known as Brenda [Stet Sports].

Post Cleveland
(since we’re getting ready for a rematch Wednesday — the first one wasn’t a meaningless game, doubt this one will be either — wonder if Gil could host a party in the Mistake By The Lake like LeBron did in DC?)

Be sure and check out the Wiz-Cavs Screen Shot Memories on Bullets Forever.

Things You Like To Hear From Gil Arenas

“I just want to flow through Antawn and Caron. They’ve been holding the ship down, so I’m not gonna come in here and step on their toes. I’m just come in here, get them the ball, get some of the young guys the ball, show them the right way to play basketball . . . I don’t need to go out here and score 30 because everybody knows I can do that. Like I’ve said before, my worst day, I can probably average 10 and 10.”

Songaila The Hero

Then [Brendan Haywood] paused, started grinning and yelled out “THEN IT WAS THE WHITE KNIGHT! DARIUS SONGAILA, THE WHITE KNIGHT! BACK IN THE GAME! WHITE KNIGHT!!” Songaila sitting next to Haywood getting his shoes on and gave a fist pump and grinned.

LeBron Parties in DC: WWPHD?
| April 2, 2009 | 6:10 pm

Just to make one thing clear, I do NOT read Perez Hilton…..the GF does and I get the occasional share via Google Reader. Still don’t believe me? Well, eff it.

One of Hilton’s “gimmicks” is to do things to photos of celebrities…..nasty things.

The audacity of this LeBron “Raymone” James….to throw a party in DC, the city he has done wrong with countless acts of douche-baggery.

I do not care for LeBaby James, a secret this is not.

Would Philly, or perhaps Boston, or even Detroit tolerate a LeDouche-Nozzle party in their wastelands? Who knows.

LeBron James Pulls An Andray Blatche
| March 5, 2009 | 9:20 pm

Andray Blatche balls, farts and clubs - Truth About It.netYa’ll remember when Andray Blatche was crop dusting the Wizards bench?

LeBron James does.

And just like he copies Kevin Garnett/Michael Jordan with his fairy dust routine, he’s now copying how Andray makes others remember his spirit.

See for yourself.

LeBron James D-Bag Alert: Hatin' on the Cleveland Cavs
| February 9, 2009 | 11:13 pm

Wizards won last night….awesome, and I was there to witness it. I should be talking about that game, but I’m not…..until later.

There were other good games yesterday, such as my man Mase-ON aka The Potomac Rainmaker dropping buckets to down the Cs.

Proof That LeCrab-Dribble James Didn't Travel?
| January 12, 2009 | 4:13 am

Well, I thought I had evidence to the contrary, but leave it to the guys at Didn’t Draw Iron, to prove me wrong. The proof is actually in the pudding crab bisque, just check out the video below.

Well, there you go…..keep doing what you’re doing Bron-Bron. It’s your world and everyone else is just witness to your powder tossing ways.

LeBron Traveled, Get Over It
| January 6, 2009 | 10:13 pm
The LeBron James Crab Dribble aka Walking Through the Lane[yes, I'm using this pic in a post, again]

It’s the classic schoolyard gripe of a kid saying, “But Johnny was doing it too!” while neglecting to first and foremost admit his own responsibility in whatever the transgression may be.

What am I talking about?

A blog post by a member of the Cleveland main stream media of course….specifically, Branson Wright of the Cleveland Plain Dealer [via True Hoop].

Crab Walk My Ass: LeBron's Arrogance Knows No Bounds (or distance)
| January 5, 2009 | 11:13 pm

“It called itself.”
-Bill Spooner, NBA Referee

I never thought I’d dislike LeBron James more than Kobe Bryant, boy have times changed. I don’t even mind Kobe that much anymore….I’ll never be a fan of his, but that story is for another time.

This LeBron James, he’s quite the character. At first it was his crying that got under my skin like a parasite. Sure Michael Jordan bitched and argued about calls, but never to the extent of LeBaby with his mouth holding, knee crawling, elementary school playground politicking ways.

Now it’s James’ sense of entitlement that irks me to no end. He conducts himself like the game owes him and not the other way around.

The travel call at the end of Sunday’s game has already been talked up to the level of epic lore in the saga that is the rivalry between these two NBA franchises from Cleveland and Washington, DC (and yes it is a rivalry despite Cleveland’s playoff domination — in my opinion, wins and losses don’t make a rivalry, rather it’s the spirit, intensity, and nature of the competition….granted that two teams are not already a geographic rivalry).

LeBron James On His Knees, an all too familiar sight
| January 5, 2009 | 4:55 pm

LeBron James on his knees, an all too familiar sight - Truth About It.netLeBron James, once again, on his knees and holding his mouth — right after a charge was called on him which led to his daddy, Mike Brown, getting kicked out of yesterday’s game.

Sure, it was a questionable call. Mike James of the Wizards had position, but I saw the replay, he turned his shoulder at the last second.

Regardless, is there really a need for all the dramatics? I think not.
